国外好多要实际居住证明，我连水电煤账单都找不出一张

如题，本来想注册个ifast银行的，结果要实际居住证明
We accept one of the documents below issued within the last 3 months:
- Bank statements
- Utility bills
- Internet/cable TV/house phone line bills
- Tax returns
- Council tax bills, etc.
We don't accept:
- Screenshots
- Mobile phone bills
- Medical bills
- Receipts for purchases
- Insurance statements
税单国内基本上找不出一张，所以实用的就是水电煤和有线电视/宽带
